Check-in

In case of late check-out, the hotel reserves the right to charge a late check-out fee of THB 500 for late check-out up until 17:00. This is subject to room availability. Please contact the front desk during your stay to arrange this.

Cancellation/ prepayment

Cancellation policy is non-refundable.

Refundable damage deposit

A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Children and beds

Child policies

Children of any age are welcome. Children 11 years and above will be charged as adults at this property. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

Cot and extra bed policies

0 – 10 years old

Extra bed upon request – THB 600 per child, per night

11+ years old

Extra bed upon request – THB 800 per person, per night

Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. The number of extra beds and cots allowed is dependent on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder.
