We booked for 3 nights as we wasn’t sure it was what we wanted but we extended for another 4 nights. This place is perfect for us all, we are a couple traveling with mother and sister. The location is fantastic, service friendly. Pool is lovely. Small family run place and you don’t feel like just a number. They are doing some great planting In the already beautiful gardens. As a solo female traveler in literally the heart of Patong, this is the hotel to stay. Was here 2 weeks in total and the staff treats all their guests like family. It’s a mini oasis in the middle of the chaos that is Patong. For a 3 star price, the service is 5 star. Security is tight. The staff in it’s entirity is amazing. They try very hard to make you comfortable. Shout out to Pwa! You rock. Rooms are clean. And you can tell there is pride of place. For the price, one cannot lose. This was a score. EXCELLENT location. And many of the other guests are returning as I will be when in Phuket again.

Me and my family stayed here for 11 nights and couldn’t wish for a better hotel. Lovely clean rooms and the staff are very happy to help in any way possible. Prices of drinks are very good. Located in the centre of all the shops and the beach is just a short stroll away. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a relaxed and happy atmosphere.

A lot needs to be said about the smaller resorts.

The Viridian Resort is approx 400 meters from the beach and 400 meters from Bangla Rd.

It’s surprisingly quiet with in the resort.

The staff are very professional, food is good at a good price.

The Viridian has a tropical feel about it, once you’re in the resort you soon forget about the hustle and bustle on the street. Palm, coconut and banana trees fill the main area of the pool and surrounds. The lushes plant array is very relaxing or the street bar is great for people watching while enjoying a coffee or Chang beer.

The Viridian is very family friendly and for my 18 day stay here I experienced a very relaxed atmosphere.

I have no issues with the room what so ever, though I’m easily pleased. Most of the time😊.

All your day trips can be booked in the foyer and there’s moped/bike hire near the resort as well.

Great location for those that want to be close to Patongs shopping, markets and beach, but quiet enough to relax.

Upon arriving at the resort I was greeted like a returning guest even though I had never been here. I arrived March 26th and the Check In process was fantastic and swift and very shortly I was escorted to my room # 3107, ground floor and a stones throw to the pool. it was simply perfect and had all I needed and more, a huge Bed just for myself, Separate toilet and shower, loads of toiletries a massive Vanity area and also Separate Coffee & Tea making facilities. Loads of fantastic T.V Channels and a Fridge/Freezer that kept my Beer perfectly cold (Extremely important in Thailand !! ) well to me anyway 🙂 The Air Con was beautiful and worked overtime haha.

The tropical gardens were immaculate as was the beautiful pool and surrounding areas, there were always sunbeds available and extra towels should you require them. The resort has two pools, one for toddlers (quite shallow) and the other for Adults (nice and deep)

House keeping was perfect and my Room was cleaned everyday along with fresh towels, bedding, toiletries & coffee etc replenished. The lady who looked after my room, I believe her name was “Bat” did an outstanding job and I am extremely grateful 🙂

Breakfast was fantastic and the Staff were always friendly and smiling and willing to please.

The location of the Resort is perfect, right in the middle of Patong, a hop, skip & jump to Jungceylon and also to the beach. I had dental appointments and it would take me 2 mins to get to the dentist !! Lot’s of Restaurants, Stalls, Family Marts & 711’s and everything you could need right there.

As a solo guest Security is extremely important to me and there were always security guards within view and plenty of lighting. Even though this resort is Central I never had a problem with noise.

I also had family members staying at another resort who were always made welcome to share the facilities along with myself.

Overall, this Resort is Fantastic and i will be recommending it to family & friends and I will also be returning ( I cannot wait ! ) Very Family friendly along with other Guests being friendly too.
